Dreams die at the barrel of Failing Faith

I am in the early stages of launching (relaunching) an idea that was planted in my heart more than a decade ago. My passion and vision have always revolved around supporting and encouraging people to pursue their dreams and purpose to live a full (filling) life.

Being the actor in my story I became the villain of my dreams, always lacking the faith, and the will to fully pursue that which I felt so strongly about. when I finally made my first attempt at pursuing my vision of being an entrepreneur I quickly reasoned how my responsibilities would not afford me the time nor the opportunity to dedicate myself to the venture. That is where the dream became suffocated, slowly having its life force sucked out and doomed to perish.

A little about Me

I am the kind of person who sees solutions to complex problems (took me time to realize this about myself), however, with the help of those who benefitted from this gift, I can finally affirm that I am a strategic thinker and implementer. I look at things as a whole and then attempt to understand them in their parts not losing the essence of always seeing how they interconnect and interrelate. This makes me a systemic thinker. This is mainly how I approach my consulting philosophy ( I will write about this soon).

It is this approach that has strengthened my belief in the power of collaborating and connecting to find solutions to their biggest needs. I believe our greatest superpower as human beings is collaboration, working together towards shared goals. To integrate, to interconnect, to be interdependent. And this is premised on the notion that collaboration is the key to expediting our dreams and visions. In forming an ecosystem we have a greater advantage of utilizing resources and a "broader brain pool" to discover and solve society's needs as a collective. A verse in the bible best describes this, although the church is of one body, each part must function in how it's purposed for the system to function efficiently.

Relaunching the Ikhono Business Boost Network is the resuscitation of a dream, a revival of faith in the vision that things work well and efficiently when they work together fulfilling their respective functions. Ikhono Business Boost Network is a collective of starters, innovators, founders, teams, vision sponsors, and customers (an entire business ecosystem and value chain) working towards shared goals -building successful impactful sustainable solutions to meet humanity's needs. The Ikhono Business Boost Network facilitates Accelerator Programs for entrepreneurs in different segments and stages in their entrepreneurial journey.
